It's a video for The Touch, from the Transformers movie. I love the 80's, you could make a video and sing about anything. Stan Bush, the guy singing, looks like David Patrick Kelly. The guy who played T-Bird in The Crow, was thrown over a cliff by Schwarzenneger in Commando, but more importanlty his first role was Luther the evil gang leader in The Warriors. I can just see this dude in the video with bottles clanking on his fingers saying "Transformers, come out and Play-ay"!!! That would be awesome. Even though this is terrible, you'll have to agree he's better than Marky Mark in Boogie Nights.
