First off, this isn't "chicken salad" salad, but a regular lettuce, etc., salad topped with cubed, stir-fried chicken. Here's an easy, not too expensive, GOOD smoothie I just made and really enjoyed:

Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

• 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
• 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries (just fruit, no syrup)
• 1/2 cup of "Welch's Passion Fruit" blended juice drink
•
