Slow Motion Mode

Hello world, I'm still alive. :P

I've developed a very peculiar "relationship" with the heat: I'm so adapted to it now that I feel cold when I walk into some air-conditioned room or I go out when we happen to have a rare cooler evening - I'm talking about something like 25C/77F. I don't know what the temperature is at the nearest supermarket, but I feel seriously cold when I'm in there. But still... I'm in Slow Motion Mode most of the time, both physically and mentally, and not in my best shape for work when there is any work at all (July and August are typically the "deadest" months for me work-wise). I went to a cafe with my friend Galya on Saturday evening, which was far from cool even on that second-floor terrace (there was no wind), and we laughed at ourselves because we were both so drowsy.

There was a time when I was very busy with my silkworms, but now I only have ten Surprise Babies to feed, most of the moths are out or even already dead, and the remaining cocoons are cleaned and neatly ordered. And believe it or not, I haven't taken any photos of this generation. :)

In the middle of it all I volunteered to translate  the text of Sergey ilupin's video from Russian into Bulgarian (links for those who understand Russian) and managed to involve some other people as my helpers. I'm ready with the Bulgarian text now, but making subtitles for the video out of it will be another adventure altogether. I'm definitely not ready for literary translation from Russian into Bulgarian, but that's not "literature", so I heroically struggled through it all. And oh, the way I discussed the whole process with Sergey in private messages in English, switching to Russian when necessary... :D It's up to him to translate it into English, and I promise to post it when that happens.

And now I'd better turn off this computer that generates extra heat and go to bed because it's 3 AM here, and I have to go to the dentist tomorrow again, to see if we can finally get my other tooth finished.

personal posting, translation, silkworms
