Alright. So we all knew that my company has lost their minds, they've put numbers ahead of guest service and now they've made HR's 'recruiting' more like marketing than anything.  It wasn't stupid enough that we have to 'recruit' in the first place, but now they've made special SOP's and a binder lay out that they want us to use and it's based off ( Read more... )
