In my Directing for the Camera class final one of my classmates did a scene from Leon: The Professional. I didn't immediately make the connection between the project in class and the film, its been a good decade since I'd seen it. I spent a lovely morning munching bagels and plowing through the second half of a Halo novel. They're a sort of guilty pleasure, those Halo novels. Then I'll hit the gym, and then I'm off to Santa Cruz for a free concert on the beach with Herman's Hermits!!!

I just got the Add codes for my public speaking class!. It was unbeknownst to me today was "My Favorite Thing" speech day. Arriving unprepared, I took off my Trilby hat, and pulled the best speech in the class out of my ass about it.
