When it comes to fan fiction, I'm a comment whore. (Really, who isn't?) I love them. I'm almost always appreciative of them and I really don't like bitching about the contents of comments. But please, try to refrain from mentioning Deathly Hallows plot points if/when you leave comments for old fics.
Some of us are only up to chapter eight.

Oh, Hedwig. I sniffled when she died. She never did much, she wasn't half as entertaining as Errol or Pig, but she was his animal. And she died in a cage, not flying free.

OMG Rowling, you want semi-colons, not colons. And please stop making characters punctuate declarative sentences like this? Because I see it enough in real life? And it's annoying?
That aside, I'm enjoying the book. I already like it better than HBP and OotP.
