Weekly weight update

Just to keep things honest and keep a written record of what's happening: Yesterday was Official Weigh-In Day, and unfortunately I gained a pound and a half. I'm not panicking for two reasons: 1) My period is due today. Oh yeah, the withdrawal is absolutely devastating to one's mood - I remember cutting out carbs for the first time - It was like PMS x50, headaches, irritability, and I'm pretty sure I destroyed villages in my sleep (so the 'die die die' tag seems appropriate). That goes away after about a month, though.

Just remember, when you see or hear about tempting foods like chicken strips, think about something ridiculous. Like this:
