Lol.  I really should be working on my paper not watching Gary Oldman be awesome but what can you do.

So I went to Wondercon today.  Woke up suuuper early, picked up Matteo and my parentals and got to SF around 7:45 am, way too early to process anything.  We had breakfast and walked over to Moscone and there were already people lined up for the Watchmen panel at like 9:15.  Not super surprising but wearying.  (And I guess there was a screening last ( Read more... )

I literally woke up just in time to find out that Noel Fielding is the guest host on Russell Brand and turn it on.  lol.  Woot.  Go listen!

Went up to the city today.  I met up with my dad for lunch and then walked down near the Embarcadero and sat in a small park for a little while kind of doing nothing.  It was pretty fantastic actually, except for the wind that nearly knocked me over several times and went straight through my sweatshirt.  Hung out at the bookstore a bit.  I started ( Read more... )

I totally bought some Decemberists tickets today as they will be back here in April the two days before they head down to play at Coachella!!!

So far I've only bought tickets for the Wednesday show, but I'm sure I shall end up getting some for Thursday night as well (as soon as I am no longer broke from having bought tickets today get paid again).  ( Read more... )
