I've just  finished sewing on the turtle neck onto a long sleeve top. It's not the right colour blue, but there wasn't much choice. It'll do. All I need now is for my Bloody wig to arrive and it better get here soon. >>

Right off the heels of Tracy's passing, this year's Supanova was a Godsend. I didn't have much in the way of money to buy things but I go there for my friends.
Once again I cosplayed a Babylon 5 Ranger. I'll be doing that again at Gen con (and maybe Lara croft as well). But this year's Gen Con will be fun since I'm going to have an Ambassador ( Read more... )

Dammit! I do all this hand sewing to readjust my Anla'shok cosplay belt to make it stay closed and not slip off, only to discover I've lost more weight than I thought and it slips right off.

All that damn sewing and all I had to do was tie the damn thing in a knot at the back. *fume*

YAHOO!!! THE CLOAK IS FINISHED!

The final hemming on the bottom killed me though. Had to take off at least 40cm of fabric off the bottom hem and 15 off the sleeve hems.
