Four long days had passed since the day Christopher became sick again. Long only because of the suffering and not having to spend the days in bed and inside. Spock rather enjoyed it actually; it was refreshing and kept him grounded. He hadn’t worked in four days and only studied a few times but everything was on hold for Christopher.
McCoy came in today to inform them that Christopher was able to move around a little but not much and not far. He had kept the catheter in saying that the bathroom was to far a journey just yet. But four days inside doing nothing, he knew Christopher was going to quickly become angry and defy doctor’s orders if he wasn’t allowed some sort of freedom. So after McCoy left and after the sun went down, Spock got out of bed.
“We are going to sit outside Christopher,” he informed his slave as he started to pick him up. “As it is sundown there is no danger for you.” Spock got his lover into his arms easy and started for the door that would take them out onto the deck.
