Well look at this, Christmas eve post!
I had fun today with my family.

So we have another show on March 16 with this Emergenza thing... Hopefully we put on a great show and advance to the Double Door. I would love to play there!

I'm ecstatic. But can't say why.

I always found it odd that people get so much joy and excitement out of spending money for other people (christmas shopping). It's nice to get people presents, but people go a little insane about it... Oh well, it's good for the economy at least.

I SAW DAVID! and SAM! and TIM! the rest of the usual crew(!). Winter Break is nice...

For some reason, I'm not too excited about moving back into my old room. I really like my dorm and the people in it. It will be a little sad and lonely around the house... I am excited about getting ready for auditions and the auditions themselves. It should be a really good experience regardless of whether I get in or not. I'm debating ( Read more... )

I am enjoying myself thoroughly as of now. Have had some really nice talking and playing with some really talented musicians. I like musicians very much. Although it is naive to label everyone with something, most musicians seem to be warm, down-to-earth people. There is always something to learn from everyone. So, the first quarter is almost over... Not bad at all. I'm really enjoying myself. I've been going home much more often than I expected, but hey, sleep is a priority for me.
