My roomie Stephanie (who posted that amazing pineapple upside-down cake a few entries ago) is in PETA's Sexiest Vegetarians 2007 contest, and while I was there voting for her I came across this recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Crock Pot Cake. I'm making this cake for my friend's birthday this weekend. It has to be delicious because I want to impress all the non-vegans! Can I substitute the oil for Soy Garden Earth Balance? If I use 1/2 c.
