Has anyone here had success using Bob's Red Barn all-purpose gluten free flour for making cupcakes (like the ones from VCTOTW)? I read you're not supposed to use anything that says it's for making bread, and I know that's one of the things it says you can make with it. It says cake as well, so I dunno.
If this sounds like a bad idea, I'm just going to buy a few flours to blend together. But I wanted to know if the all-purpose stuff would work too. I don't really like chewy cupcakes, so if anyone HAS used it to make them, and they turned out chewy, then I'll definitely buy a few different flours.
