Has anyone here had success using Bob's Red Barn all-purpose gluten free flour for making cupcakes (like the ones from VCTOTW)? I read you're not supposed to use anything that says it's for making bread, and I know that's one of the things it says you can make with it. It says cake as well, so I dunno

the only issue i have had is that before baking the batter has a weird odor and taste....do not eat any of the batter....it does not taste good. but rest assured...after baking everything tastes as it should.
