Red Velvet Makes Everything Better
I made Vegan Red Velvet cupcakes yesterday to celebrate the 4th of July:
The cupcake and cream cheese frosting recipe are both from the legendary "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World". I doubled the cupcake recipe and quadrupled the frosting one so I could pile the frosting on!
ETA: I swirled on white frosting, and used spray-on red and blue food coloring. Betty Crocker makes the spray color, and it's available in some grocery stores, as well as craft and cake supply shops.
