the recipe is incredibly basic, and wasn't really planned (nor is it fully complete as I can't remember everything I did) so it can probably be manipulated to suit
crust:
1 1/2 cups flour (doesnt matter what kind)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup oil
you may/may not need some more oil I can't remember (maybe mix everything else first and see how dry it is?)
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
filling:
a can of pumpkin puree if you're lazy like me (again, don't remember volume but this isn't a big deal, either, just fill a pie tin and you're good)
a few tsp's of maple syrup
and a tbs of egg replacer - be sure to mix this with the water before you mix it with everything else or you will have chunks of egg replacer through your pie :( not visually appealing nor tasty
cinnamon/nutmeg to taste
**oil the pie tin
bake crust for 3-5 minutes, take it out, fill 'er up with the filling, bake for another 15-20 minutes, or just check on it regularly... and dont listen to me maybe as I burnt my crust
and voila you have pie
