Thank you shiromaguro for posting the Fluffy White Cupcake recipe! I made them for a party this weekend, and couldn't believe how quickly they disappeared! The Vegans at the party were thrilled that I made a treat they could have, and the non-Vegans never noticed a difference!
Additionally, a gentleman that I put a cupcake aside for admitted that he wondered for a moment if it was really Vegan (of course, I'd NEVER trick him like that!), and declared me to be his "new Vegan baker".
Now I really need to pick up "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World"!
