Thank you shiromaguro for posting the Fluffy White Cupcake recipe! I made them for a party this weekend, and couldn't believe how quickly they disappeared! The Vegans at the party were thrilled that I made a treat they could have, and the non-Vegans never noticed a difference

I use the fluffy white cupcake recipe quite often. It's one of my favorites.

If you're feeling adventurous, try replacing the coconut extract with something else. I use almond extract usually. I like it better than coconut :)
