5gratitudes some time ago, and with the anxiety that's been plaguing me lately, I need to take a step back every day and remember the things that make me happy and grateful to be living this life as it is.

- Brightly coloured flip flops. Bright colours always give me cheer.
- Cardinal song up in the blue spruces today. I saw two male cardinals singing and having a spat over a little female who sat in the boughs nearby.
