I'll definitely be posting my gratitudes every now and then. It was really nice to post every single day for a month and put my day into perspective, and not thinking about scary things that make my anxiety skyrocket.

- Not letting myself go down in the dumps. I feel depression coming on, but it's chemical, not necessarily triggered.
- New kitties at the rescue!
- Not freaking out.
- Hubby getting more shifts.
