I was thinking, a few minutes ago, and it occurred to me.

I haven't had any really bad ADHD episodes since I was up in maine. no periods where I was so hyper it felt like my skin was crawling and my body just couldn't keep up, no episodes where I wanted so badly to do something but there was nothing I wanted to do...
