"Sounds good," I said about the pizza as we left the store. I had the bag in my hand and we headed down towards the area with more places to eat and soon we were walking into the pizza restaurant.
We were taken to a table and I nodded to the menu. "Order what you want. I can eat anything." She was the one who hadn't eaten real food in months anyway and it wasn't as if I needed the taste satisfaction. The waitress came by and I waited for Cordy to say what she wanted.
I ordered up a water to go with the pizza she wanted and smiled over at her once the waitress walked away with the order.
"Do you feel alright?" I asked her, a little concerned that this was all going to be too much for her right after waking up. "We can always come back later if you're feeling tired." It didn't much matter to me, I was fine with doing whatever she wanted. Right now she had my undivided attention and I wasn't looking to let her leave my sight for a while. If she'd let me.
