Too fast to brake -- and ended up in a vast puddle under the road bridge that was at least 20-25 cm deep and many metres long. When in Gothenburg, I had some scrumptious kåldolmar (stuffed cabbage rolls) at the Rover pub. They were made with what I think is called oxheart cabbage -- the cabbage head is smaller and sort of pointy, and the leaves are more tender and easily cooked than ordinary cabbage -- and filled with a mixture of mushrooms, spinach and ricotta cheese. I managed to make some quite delicious low-carb crackers yesterday. I based them on a recipe from the Swedish low-carb forum, but needless to say I changed it a bit.
