Hair Cuts
Today was a nice day, and I had planned to get up fairly early and Do Things, but that was kind of sabotaged by waking up at five (which was a bit too early) with period pains. So I slept in after the painkiller had kicked in. Then I got up, washed my hair and had a leisurely breakfast and then walked into town and did some shopping.
In the evening, the Wood Nymph came over and I cut her hair, and she trimmed mine. It was only the second time it got trimmed in six months, when our plan is really to do it every six weeks, but she was astonished at how good (non-worn) my hair looked, considering. Usually when we have let that amount of time pass, she has to take off much more than the usual five millimetres, but today she didn't have to do that. She also commented on how curly my hair looked. I just realized that it's almost six months since I started the conditioner-only method, and it's obviously paying off.
Now it's dead straight, of course, since she wet it and combed it out when cutting it.

I also bought the new issue of SFX Magazine today, just to get the Doctor Who fridge magnets. Because I'm shallow like that.
