Sunny Afternoon
Instead of studying maths today I walked into town, and went into a shop that said TOTAL CLEARANCE SALE. I didn't find any clothes there, but I found pnr, who had popped in on her way home from work. So we walked around and bought ice cream and ate it in the sun (saffron ice cream, yum), and went into shops, and I bought a black top and a pair of black linen/cotton summer trousers at H&M. Then we walked the scenic route back home in the evening sunshine.
I've invited people to celebrate Towel Day with me, but not many people have answered yet. I asked them to bring their own towel, and picnic food and some Vogon poetry to share. Because anybody can write really bad poetry, and if it's supposed to be bad, no-one can feel pressured.
I wonder if there is a Vogon Poetry LJ comm? That might be fun.
