We (DH and I, as is usual) were fortunate enough to spend the afternoon with a most adorable little visitor. W found him near her apartment and didn't know what to do with her after the (no kill) humane society said they had no room for her. In the process of working on the re-upholstering today, Pallet ate a thread from something from the floor in our family room. It was still hanging from his mouth when I saw him, but I terrified him so much in trying to catch him that he finished it off while he hid under the bed. What a fateful turn of events. If it weren't for a snugglebug of a kitten, I almost did not post today. Kitties are their heaviest when asleep.
