things to do!

I'm so far behind in everything at the moment! Egads! So far behind that I need to write a list otherwise I'll just sit here with my mouth gaping, wondering where to start lol.

Laundry. Do the freakin laundry I got no undies left!

Vacuum and wash floors (they're not too bad but the cat is shedding fur)

Clean the kitchen. (it's getting funky)

Clean the bathrooms (woohoo I love cleaning bathrooms and now I have two lol)

Clear the table of ALL warhammer stuff, there is nowhere for the knights to sit and eat.

Well now that's not really that much. It's the following things that take TIME which is hard to divvy up.

In random order, who knows which is more important.

GARDEN. do possibly before dark ;) Attempt to remove weeds and put down mulching bark to thwart their return!

Do some more on the warhammer scenic background http://vj-helm.deviantart.com/art/Warhammer-40K-background-61928026 for when Vlads figurines are standing around being futile instead of attacking (eh saving the world from) Chaos or Tau etc.

Do a piggy painting for my niece. He's going to be floating through the air with the help of some purple balloons. Always believe your dreams can come true.

Finish rearranging the scenes in my story and either begin again from the beginning or keep going! Hopefully not for too much longer or it's going to be one mother of a book.

I went to god knows how many book stores yesterday looking for The Eyes of God. Bloody hell even Borders did not stock it. (I like to avoid Borders but sometimes I have to go in when desperation strikes). So I have to order it in from the local I guess. What the hey is wrong with people when the book stores can't stock John Marco? I hope it is because they are sold out because if they're not stocking him, they're depriving people of a legend. Yes, I am a huge Marco fan.

I'm reading Gemmells second book at the moment. The King Beyond the Gate. I'm enjoying it though am mildly amused at the fast and direct dialogue. I think it's possible Gemmell waited til the last minute and then realised the deadline was upon him. But still, the story is good, though it's mild lacklustre reminds me of Fiests 2nd book, and subsequent 'inbetween' books. On that note, I also think it's time to return to midkemia.

and now! Off to start the laundry before the sun disappears! What did you do to put your stamp on this world?

reading, things to do
