Happy Lazy Sunday!!
Well, my weekend has been completely lazy. Scratch that-my Sunday has been lazy. Saturday was not.
I’ve been helping hollydb apply for jobs. She has decided that her current job isn’t giving her enough hours and doesn’t seem to care. There is an added bonus that it looks like her mother will graciously give me her spot for their annual Spring Break trip to Natchez, MS. *squee* That means Holly and me on a roadtrip!! Hehehehe
So, Natchez next weekend and Washington D.C. the next! Whoot!!
Also, finally went and had a massage. The awkwardness of having a girl I went to high school went away relatively quickly. But I think her “light” pressure was *way* too much because my back hurts 24 hours later. But she did say that I have two really big knots in my back that need extra attention in the future.
Ohhhh…I bought a fish yesterday!!! hollydb and I each bough one. Her red beta is named Julius Caesar since it was March 15th. I did not want my fish to be Brutus. That would be awkward. But we started thinking about Studio 60 and Tom saying “Et tu, Daisy?” Since my beta is a male, Holly suggested DayZ…like a rapper. So my yellow beta is named DayZ In My Pants. The “In My Pants” part goes along with our new game to play in public…In My Pants. Rules are simple: any sentence you say, you must finish with the phrase “in my pants.” You can say it for the other if they forget that the game is still running.
Yes, at 23 I still wonder why I’m single.
