I've been reading back over past entries (like, way back; like, 2002), looking for poetry that I never put in my memories so it could be properly tagged. I found a significant amount of it, so now I don't know if I should revise the contents of the chapbook or not. Some of it is--really good.

I am having trouble writing the "about the thing" thing part of my chapbook. So far, I've come up with:

"Brigette has been writing for fifteen years. This chapbook includes the poetic sum of her work over the last three years. She's trying to write faster."

Help me.

At work, we use polypropylene envelopes to ship units in Canada. The drawer where we keep the envelopes is labelled "poly envelopes" (because I'm the only person here who can spell "polypropylene"--I'm not kidding). I'm going to make a chapbook of my most recent posted poems (thirteen all together, and all short). 'Cause I'm artsy and dorky like that. And I need to refresh my spine-sewing skills.
