Anyone out there ever had any? Know where you'd have to go to get some? Or have a good recipe for me to make my own? I'll take any suggestions ^_^ I like orange marmalade, and I love limes, so I've decided I need to see if lime marmalade it awesome or not (I have a bit of a predilection to believe it will be).

You know what I love about watching Mario Batali cook on Iron Chef? He's so damn casual. He'll take time to engage with other people on the set like he's not in a big hurry. So, I cooked up a big batch of waffles using this recipe a few weeks ago and I rather liked them. I want to add some cinnamon to it, but I'm not sure how much I should add.
