Ah, the heat
And it comes with a re-kinding of the male desire within me to apply fire to meat. I just grilled me up some turkey burgers, and I also have a few chicken hindquarters sitting in the fridge for the next few days. I'll have to pick up some of those tasty apple gouda sausages at the H&L deli as well.
But, to my main point... after doing the grilling today, I decided that if I had wanted something for my birthday this year, it would have been a brand new grill. And I'd promise to take much better care of this one. The one we have here is serviceable, but ancient. I wouldn't mind one w/ a few more options to do some cool stuff on... kinda like the one Alton Brown uses on his show ^_^ of course this desire comes to me just as I'm trying to spend less money...
