Here's a thing, y'know, an FYI for any authors who might be interested:  If you're going to attach a Note, a warning, if you will, to a chapter in your fic that it contains BDSM, it might be better to attach that Note to the beginning of the chapter, rather than the end.

So... are people allowed to "rescue" fic, from old or defunct websites, and post them to AO3 without the author's permission, even if making sure to credit said author?  Is that where we're at in fandom now?
