Playing Catchup

I have a test Monday morning at 9 at Mass Mutual to see if I will be joining their training class. I was told it’s around two hours and covers algebra, logic, critical thinking, call center skills, English comprehension, and those fun little word problems that start with “Train A is leaving the station at 29 mph…” As the woman on the phone explained it “It’s not as hard as the SAT or anything, but it’s way harder than anything you’ll do in high school.”

…Yay?

So I’ve been brushing up on my math skillz (or massive lack thereof). I’m not a math person. Never have been.

I’ve also been dealing with these stupid allergies all week since Monday and it makes it impossible to speak in anything than my “Batman Baritone”.

Speaking of Batman, I’ve finally started watching the first volume DVD of the 90s series my dad got me for Christmas. It’s so awesome ahaha. I remember so many little things from certain episodes, and I love how amazingly dark the show is. Joe seems to be enjoying it so far as well, though he always ends up falling asleep when we watch things. (For the curious, we just finished the Two-Face two parter, which is just sad)

Aside from that there’s not much going on. We’ve actually spent time with Marjory and Charlie almost every single day this week and gone apartment hunting. Lots of nice prospects. Of course we’re not moving out until February, but it’s good to be aware.

Oh. And I got the P3 Official Design Works. I had preordered it a few months ago and kind of forgotten about it. It's really awesome. It has some beautiful art, and the design notes are really interesting.

Apparently Yukari went from being the most popular, to least popular, to most popular, to moderately popular, to most popular, to least popular with the design crew. But overall they loved the way she came out, and that she didn't mold to an anime archetype.

Of course, the male staff apparently loved Fuuka because she's shy and cute, and so she's their most favorite female ahaha. And the character designer doesn't care for kids. Welcome to the club.

Koromaru's breed was held by a poll which included the Husky. Shiba Inu won by a landslide.

Chidori was one of the easiest characters to design.

When designing Mitsuru he thought her boots made her look like a dominatrix.

Aigis, who is insanely popular all over the world, was one of his favorite designs.

Shinjiro was his absolute favorite design.

Akinari, the Sun SL, looked completely different.

Orpheus is designed with a mechanical body and normal head to give off the allusion of the story where Orpheus is beheaded.

There's plenty more awesome stuff going on in that book! Pick it up and share some love <3

(Unfortunately, nothing P3P related is included in the book. So no FEM!MC or her specific social link friends. Even if the female PT is certifiably "non-canon", it would have been cool to her the production notes on her.)
