As of today, it's common knowledge that I'm stepping down from my supervisor/lead technician position at work! The Board of Directors met last night and my last day as a member of middle management will be friday July 2oth!!! 1) Everyone LOVED my new hair-do and color. Even the guys commented on it. Even some patients commented on it! The first half of my day was AWESOME. Learn as much as I can about ophthalmology and ophthalmic testing and then get ALL the certifications in ophthalmology possible! My application for JCAHPO COA certification will go out in the mail on monday. Then it's ROUB certification, Ophthalmic Surgical Assisting, and NCLE-AC. ...to see the retirement of the old guard.
...to have everyone else conform to my standards for care and unify the office.
...the office to annex the surrounding properties in preparation of building us a new office with a surgical facility.
