Still in agony, doesn´t seem the muscle relaxant has worked, but I´m just about functioning. It´s too much of a chore to type so I´m gonna get off the computer now, and as soon as I get home I´m just gonna have to flop into bed, bath or sofa.... Only 3 hours and 39 mins to go.
