(no subject)
I actually had an attitude towards a customer today. I think everyone was shocked. Normally I'm fake nice or just blah towards them, but today some lady drove me too far. She kept bitching about the price of something and telling me that I wasn't taking enough off. I say, "How much is supposed to come off?"... She tells me $3.17. I tell her and show her that I obviously took $3.20 off. She then tried to explain that my math was wrong. I told her that I was aware of this and I rounded the numbers to make it easier for both of us. She starts showing me (wrongly mind you) how to do the Math. I must have been making the "confused face" because she then told me that I have an attitude and that I'm making faces at her. I never make faces. I told her I was looking confused because I didn't get what she was getting at. I took it off... I took off more then I was supposed to! She then said, "Well if you don't understand your job then why the hell do you work here?!". I said very calmly, "Lady, I ask myself that question every day." She didn't know what to say to that so she just walked away... with her extra 3 cents.
