I actually had an attitude towards a customer today. I think everyone was shocked. Normally I'm fake nice or just blah towards them, but today some lady drove me too far. Once you work customer service/retail..
thas when you officially realize how INSANE people are.
I have people fight with me over the silliest things,
I keep smiling tho, not my money, still get paid who cares?

LOL ah man Renee that sucks! I can totally relate to you though! I was a cashier for 3.5 years and I remember this one time, the same type of thing happened to me, this lady didn't think I knew what I was doing and I explained it to her slowly twice then she made me void it out and do it all over again, basically in the end she felt like an ass because I was right. I hate the public.
