I've been trying to pinpoint just why this fic (Michael/Lincoln, NC-17, Lincoln pays for a prostitute for Michael, but becomes jealous) works so well for me. Then I realized. It's because other than a hot angry Michael, it just captures a perfect dense Lincoln, incredibly clueless about why what he is doing is totally inappropriate.

Casting Stones a painful and aching Gen fic with just a perfect characterization for Lincoln and particularly for Michael. I'm really terrible at describing it, but I really loved it. The Beginning of the End: Michael is shot on the run, Lincoln is in panics. I really like type of action writing style (it often makes me think male writer, even when it isn't true). Don't know where this is going yet. Summary sounds a bit on the melodramatic for me. I really liked chapter 3, I think.
