Aside from the soy milk maker, I also have access to a food processor at work which has been useful for shredding potatoes for latkes and, yesterday, for grinding almonds into almond meal for marzipan.

Except, it broke on a pretty obvious fault line. Something which could have been engineered to reinforce, but wasn't.

Let's talk about No Scrap Left Behind, which is one of my frequented subreddits. It is a movement all about taking the scraps from one recipe and using them in a different recipe. Since I'm a vegetarian, my scraps are almost always vegetables. And so, I make soup. In my Instant Pot. And so can you!
