Aside from the soy milk maker, I also have access to a food processor at work which has been useful for shredding potatoes for latkes and, yesterday, for grinding almonds into almond meal for marzipan.

Except, it broke on a pretty obvious fault line. Something which could have been engineered to reinforce, but wasn't.

This post is to eulogize my beloved Inka pen's first ink cartridge. It served a long {4 years}, happy, well traveled, and important life.
