Landing
Everything is falling into place. Today was the first time since I left college where I have said to myself, "This is exactly where I'm supposed to be--this time, this place, this path." In the past two weeks I have visited two university graduate programs and decided on one, reconnected with old friends and settled in with some new ones, learned more about the history of a place that contains the roots of my family, met many new people that will enliven my summer, and started a job that has meaning and a comfortable familiatrity right from the get go. I am refreshed with my sense of belonging, purpose, and adventure that I had during my most satisfying days in college, that I have been searching for for over two years. Finally I am on track again.
