I've missed a few days and instead of catching up and doing the last 3 in one post, I'm going to do day 8 today and then hopefully post the next two days.
Day One: Ten things you want to say to ten different people right now.
Day Two: Nine things about yourself.
Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
Day Four: Seven things that cross your mind a lot.
Day Five: Six things you wish you’d never done.
Day Six: Five people who mean a lot (in no order whatsoever)
Day Seven: Four turn offs.
Day Eight: Three turn ons.
Day Nine: Two images that describe your life right now, and why.
Day Ten: One confession.
Three turn ons.
1. Touch. I'm very touch sensitive. The lightest touch can send shivers down my spine. I often quip that everywhere that I'm ticklish can also be a place to turn me on and I'm ticklish everywhere (and I really am....) And that touch can be as simple as a warm breath on my neck.
2. Scent. I find certain scents to drive me wild. Probably a good thing I work in a soap booth. And there have been people that I found attractive from a distance and then was put off by their scent. It is more than just a person's particular scent though as there are certain scents that just have that effect on me. Musk, cloves, rose to name a few.
3. Wit. I think my favorite Shakespearean play is "Much Ado About Nothing" because of the banter between Benedick and Beatrice. I love having such banter and find it to be a turn on. Shouldn't be too much of a surprise as I am rather talkative myself. I like looking at the world from a different angle than most people and enjoy when I find someone who has their own unique observations on the world.
I never explained bad humor from my list of turn-offs. There are some jokes that are funny because they are true (my stories of people eating soap as an example) but there are some things that are true that aren't funny, especially when repeated All of the Time (being constantly reminded that I fall while skating or that it snows in Minnesota even if it's the middle of July isn't funny). There's also humor that I just don't enjoy and is therefore bad humor in my mind. Fart jokes, excessive expletives and just general "low-brow" humor aren't my type. Mind you, there are some things that I find funny that is considered more low-brow (I'm usually always in the gutter mentally) but it's usually in contrast with something else. Or it's someone like Bill Engvall who is part of the Blue Collar Comedy but keeps his humor more wit based. It's really all about time and place.
