"i've seen this face once before and I don't think i can do this again"
wow, is this really happening? i'm posting again in just over a week. CRAZY!!! man, what can I say other than I'm so happy my girls are home. It may hurt my bank account and my liver but it's fun. It was a fun/crazy week. Monday night went to see Lords of Dogtown with Manda. Great movie. The twist towards the end really made me relate to it more. Sad that I can relate to it but, what can ya do? It seems like so many movies have taken that same path recently. I guess before so many people can connect to it. Oh well. After the movie I headed over and met Chrissy, Katie and Lauren at Swampgrass. Mikey and Philly came out a little after. Good times as always. At that point in time i was glad others didn't show up as well. But then I did decide to contact certain people... and actually got responses so my frustration quickly went away! I was a happy person again.
~Tuesday night!!! YAYYYYYYYYY FYC came back to MY HOME TOWN!! IT HAD BEEN JUST ABOUT A YEAR. I went to class and then had to babysit Bryce so didn't get to work. After that Katie met up with me at my place and we headed on down to city place. Great times seeing those guys. Chris, Sean, Emilija, Scott, and Lori came out as well. Good times hanging out with them. So glad Lori and I finally got to talk and chill... After FYC's set I headed up and met my girls at Swamp again... Lori and Chris came asd well. YAY. Another person who supposedly had no money and couldn't do anything that night showed up at swamp. that kinda irritated me. Couldn't go to Blue Martini but could go to Swamp. Oh well, not my issue to worry about... moved on and got over it...
~Wednesday I worked all day and then met the girls here to go to TOM PETTY!!!!!!! YAY... lots of special people there. The guy next to us was the most entertaining part of the night! After the concert they dropped me off and i headed to jumby. Good times! None of my girls were with me so it was kinda different but fun was had anyways :) YAY!! Fun times with NO SLEEP
~Thursday morning didn't have class... went to work in the afternoon and then came home and slept from 6:30-11... HA... amanda knew what was up when I didn't show up to jumby. i got there and everyone knew i had been taking a nap! hahahaha... thanx girl... Stayed there for a bit and headed out fairly early I believe.
Last night boxelder was playing acoustic at swampgrass. It was just Matt and Robbie. Good stuff. Amanda got to go! WOOHOO!!!! "we better hurry, there's no one at the door yet" haha... playing the wheel of fortune type game for the first half of the night was fun! "can we do entertainment" haha... "hurry, he's not looking, do music"... we def got the high score... WAY TO GO MAGNOLIAS! hahahaha They premiered Josh's video from the Boxelder show at Square Grouper. Great stuff! Way to go! ....
there's an update for me... life is going well. I can't really complain. Glad that no games are being played and we're all upfront with everything. THANK YOU!
