was somewhat apprehensive in watching a different interpretation. sadly, that suggests that i'll make (and was) a terrible director. in my defence, movie and stage are very different platforms. but that's a poor excuse. or maybe it's just this story. but the playwright wrote the screenplay, so who would have more locus standi than him?

i lack creativity.  it doesn't breathe in me at all.

and it hurts to know so.

i watched the taming of the shrew at the globe and war horse at the new london theatre today.

they were really good. and it feels good to be watching theatre again.

the direction in war horse was really quite brilliant.

what am i going to do for D&D?

desserts at rider's cafe are not very good.

i miss studying shakespeare.
