Okay, so I finally got below 200 pounds the other day, granted, it was only 197, but still, I am getting there. So here it is, a shirtless pic of me, over 50 pounds lighter then I was last summer.

Woohoo! Last weeks weigh in: 217, this weeks weigh in 212. Since the summer I have lost 35 pounds. The diet has been surprisingly easy to keep to. I find that if I add my pride to a task it becomes that much easier to accomplish. So I trick myself into feeling proud of not indulging.

So I saw the eclipse yesterday morning. It was the third time i've seen a lunar eclipse but I still find it impressive.

The other day I took a long walk down the Trans Canada Trail , which if I felt inclined to take, would lead me from almost directly from my house directly to my University. Anyway, here are a few pics I took while on my hike.

There is this saying I remember from school that March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb or vice versa.

Just got back from a short trip into the deep Canadian Wilderness eh.

The long and short of it is:

My aunt and her girlfriend are doing great in their new home up north.
Rapids are scary when the overflow.

I love hiking in the deep woods.
