"Halt, intruder! Who *hic!* goes there??" Something abruptly buzzes into Spider's face, her wings making a sound like a giant angry hornet and her optics so crossed it's a wonder she can see where she's going at all.
"Itsy bitsy spider went up the *hic!* water spout.... What was I getting energy for, Mars?" Wingnut forgets the visitors and goes over to buzz the Stardroid. She KNOWS she was bringing this for a purpose... something about a technical difficulty? But she'll be darned and mended if she can remember now what that was.
"Slag if I know," says Mars. "I've just been moving crates. Mercury an Jupiter were workin on the power systems, maybe they know."
Gate briefly wonders why he came here, but reminds himself he doesn't know anyone else with a spaceship. Though he's tempted to just go to the main part of the Nexus and see if any space pirates are for hire.
-Are we being ignored?- asks T3, thinking of ways to get attention if they are.
"Ahem. We do have something to discuss that might interest you," says Gate. "If there's someone in charge that we could speak to."
"Yeah, sure... I'll see if Terra's busy," says Mars, and resumes hauling the crate inside.
-A what?- bweeps T3, who'd missed that part of history sometime between the last time he'd been shut down and however he'd ended up in a Nexus Junk Store.
Gate sighs. He had been warned about dealing with Stardroids, he'd just thought the situation might make it worth their while if they were allowed to keep any other finds.
"It's an easy job," says Spider. "I can get coordinates, Gate can rig up a single use teleport device that'll move the whole barge to the far side of Mars so we can take all the time we want unloading it. But if you don't want in on this, I guess we can check around the Nexus for someone else with a ship..."
Terra briefly goes cross-eyed trying to look at the poking Sewercon, but since Wingnut's in his hair he can't possibly get a look at her. "Ahem, The ship is ready for a test flight?"
"Yes, sir," replies Jupiter.
"If we're gonna take it out anyway," says Mercury, "I don't see any reason not to make a profit at the same time. Sure, we can get stuff from Blackout... but this way we'd get more stuff."
Terra's hoping she doesn't leave knots, and is trying to think of a good way to shoo her over onto Pluto. He also doesn't purr.
Mercury's gone to round up the other Stardroids, and they start showing up. Uranus and Venus both look sleepy - they were napping when Mercury came to wake them up.
T3 is actually behaving himself for the moment, rolled into a corner out of the way. He's uncomfortable around strangers ever since the mess that had resulted in him ending up in a Nexus junk store.
And Gate's back, carrying a box that would have to contain more than one teleport device. PINPoints and such aren't that big.
The staring makes T3 very uneasy, and he's relieved when Gate comes back. He'll just be sticking close to the scientist for now.
The box contains several large disks with teleporters built in and a control unit. Gate looks around for a likely Stardroid to hand those to, and tries to shoo Wingnut out of the box. He finally ends up handing them off to Mercury. "Due to the odd design of the target ship, teleport units will need to be placed on each of the sections. The main control will then cause them to all activate. Coordinates are already set."
"Speakin' of coordinates," says Spider, "the bug's in place. So we ought to get a transmission of the ship's location as soon as it's far enough away from a system to make sure there's no trouble."

"Is there someone sober we can speak to?" asks Gate.
-They're... drunk? How can a droid, a robot, be drunk?- T3 is confused.
As it is, there are other Stardroids around, as Mars looks over from moving some supplies to the ship's cargo hold. "Yeah? Whaddya want?"

And no Sewercon can resist a box. She's got to go peek in it.

"I can't remember. Do I still have to jump start the ship to get it going? Or did we fix that?"

Nyx and Pluto are putting on seatbelts. There's a little Wingnut-sized seat between theirs.

"We have to buckle up in case something weird happens again," says Nyx, as she tries to help Pluto.
