Coconut Lime Bar
Think lemon bar, except it's lime, and with toasted coconut on the top.

My co-worker and I were going to go to the annual Village Halloween Parade but she backed out this morning saying she didn't feel 100%. I can't say I minded. The idea sounded fun last week, but I really wasn't feeling in the mood to push through crowds this morning either. The only thing is, wish I'd known beforehand so I would've taken my laptop to work! It can get boring without the company of Internet at my finigertips. ;)
So I'm home, eating a coconut lime bar, instead of gaping at amazing costumes. Ah well. As pathetic as it may be, I'm a homebody. I don't care. Heh.
