On the Third Day of GenCon ...
Saturday I woke up early so I decided to make breakfast for everyone. Nothing too fancy just popovers and a fritatta (it sound more impressive than it really was). With a good meal in us, we hit the con for the last full day of fun (tomorrow is only a half-day).
beldar & I turned in all of my quest tickets and finished up any looking around in the dealer's room we needed to finish. We then hit the Art Show. We had much fun and I got a lot more signatures and doodles on my shirt (it's so about to be retired. Everyone in the art show loved my Choo Choo Bear shirt. The suggestiveness was not lost on them. Speaking of suggestive, I found out that the offering of or giving of a hand job will definately get you past whatever barrier you need to pass (just a note for all of you).
Anyway, we met J~ after the dealers room closed for dinner. She was craving fruit but since there's only one grocery store downtown and they were not only about 15 or so blocks away and likely closed we couldn't fix it. We would have just gotten in the car and taken her to a store but the Colts game was about to start and not only was traffic insane, most of the streets downtown were closed so we were stuck there. We did get her some decent salad and a fruity smoothie in the food court at the mall. We then went to the open gaming area and amused ourselves until A~ finished his games.
We stopped at the store on the way home that night and picked up a bunch of fruit and vegetables for them. We got to bed late but Since Sunday starts late, it wasn't a problem.
