Woke up this morning to the sugar-frosted results of our first snowfall. Nice and white, but nothing bad enough to cause serious problems.
The weekend went pretty well overall. Although we almost increased our household last night. We had a good time setting up for the Saint Nikolas Fest and the lecture at the IMA on "Blasphemy - Art that Offends" was really great. Since it was over much sooner than we expected, we had a bit of time to kill before seeing "Jewtopia". Therefore, we decided to do a little window shopping on Mass Ave. When we first got there we noticed the cutest little black puppy shivering outside of the Starbucks. After a bit of pettins, we went about our way expecting the owner to be out any second to take him on his way. However, that puppy was out there for over an hour and if he had still been there after the show, we were going to call the authorities and considered taking him home. He was not there after the show but I really don't know how long the little sweetie was there and am very upset with the owner for such extreme neglect.
Beyond that, the club Holiday parties were all good. Nothing spectacular anywhere but nice overall.
Not too much else to report expect for the fact that due to a miss-hearing of the song "Frosty the Snowman" We've been filking "Frosty the Snowman meets the Army of Darkness":
