Video encoding and me
I pity anyone who decides to learn video encoding on a whim, as I did just that and lost 6 hours of my life into something that need not be so complicated.
But the end result should be worth it, as power director v7 produced a 700MB+ file from the same stuff that I've referenced in an avisynth script which i put through MeGUI and that's currently ( Read more... ) -

I've not posted to this blog in over 6 months, but that's because I couldn't be bothered. But I'm back using it with a rant about a game not many folks will have played: Trauma Centre: New Blood.
Trauma Centre is a series by Atlas, it revolved around the player taking the role of a surgeon and healing patients.

Back to the journal
I've kept using LJ for the precure community, but until those last entries hadn't posted in my own journal for a bit.
I also took the opportunity to change the journal's look, the theme you see now was the theme the Precure community used until about a month and a half ago. It doesn't have some of the formatting problems that my old theme did, and I liked ( Read more... ) -
